Pre Delivery:

We offer the shortest lead times and installations in the industry

Maintenance:

Transdek offers tailored Service Level Agreement packages to suit operators’ specific

operational needs. Servicing can be carried out by Transdek-trained, highly-skilled service

engineers. All Transdek engineers are SafeContractor accredited

Emergency Support:

Rapid emergency response on call 24/7 365 days of the year via Transdek’s

network of over 70 service engineers. Standard SLA’s provide 4 hour response times - average response

times closer to 2 hours

Warranty

We offer a standard 1-year warranty on all of our double deck lifts - with enhanced warranty

provisions available as part of certain SLA’s. All warranty and maintenance work is carried out via our

PDA-linked central product database to ensure efficient project management

Parts:

Universally available, industry-standard parts used for all electrics and hydraulics. Tailored spares

packages are available for in-house maintenance. High-level stock of spares for rapid availability

l

Modular Design:

Transdek’s products are all designed on a modular basis with unified parts.

This allows fast and efficient replacement of parts, whenever required,

throughout the lifetime of your machinery
