Home Bargains - New Build DC

Transdek has successfully installed multiple lifts at Home Bargains’ new distribution centre, enhancing the facility’s operational efficiency. Each lift has been carefully designed to handle high volumes from double-deck trailers, ensuring the quick and reliable movement of goods while supporting Home Bargains’ ambitious growth plans.

Ocado - Multi-Vehicle Loading

Transdek has installed two double-deck lifts with a lobby at Ocado, creating a seamless thoroughfare through to the existing warehouse. Each lift was fitted with a specially designed Vandango bridge plate, allowing them to efficiently handle both small home delivery vans and the largest double-deck trailers, ensuring smooth and reliable movement of goods throughout the facility.

Next - Retrofit V2G

At Next, Transdek delivered a rapid V2G lift installation, forming an opening in the existing warehouse and completing the lift within just two days. Designed for their level-access site, the lift ensures smooth, efficient handling of goods while keeping operational disruption to a minimum.

Matalan - Universal Loading

Transdek installed two 18-rollcage double-deck lifts at Matalan’s Knowsley DC, each fitted with bi-fold bridge plates and tail lift pockets. Installed in just two days, the lifts have halved loading times, improved safety for loaders, and cut tail lift usage by around 50%, delivering significant operational efficiencies.

Spar - Bespoke Warehouse Extension

Transdek installed a modular loadhouse and goods transit lobby with an 18-rollcage V2G double-deck lift at A.F. Blakemore’s Tipton DC, servicing SPAR. Completed in just four days, the installation created over 800 sq ft of extra storage and cut trailer turnaround times by up to 90 minutes, boosting efficiency and loader safety.
