Our 4-Pallet V2G Yard Lift (6-pallet footprint) offers you fast, safe, weather-proof and (optionally) temperature-controlled loading at level-access retail stores, factories and DC’s. Each unit is supplied as a modular, pre-clad pod* that is installed straight on to yard or warehouse floor.
Developed specifically as an advanced, safety-enhanced, cost-effective alternative to surface-mounted scissor lifts, the 4-Pallet V2G gives you twice the lift speed, a 4-pallet capacity (6 pallets without operator), integrated fixed-ramp access, a hydraulic bridge plate and HMI touch-screen controls with a rapid-diagnostic capability*.
The lift will efficiently load all your vehicles – from home delivery vans to double deckers – to/ from ground level, and is fitted with enhanced safety features as standard. Self-levelling ‘feet’* accommodate uneven yard topography to ensure a flexible fit and reliable operation.

Our 4-Pallet V2G Yard Lift gives unrivalled like-for-like loading speed, safety and reliability – compared to surface-mounted, pit-free scissor yard lifts. In short, it offers exceptional loading performance, both in the warehouse or on the yard.
Loading on to the slimline lift platform is via a fixed, shallow-gradient steel-durbar access ramp. The 6-pallet lift footprint still carries 4 to 5 pallets (9 roll cages) with an operator and hand pallet truck. And the lift speed itself is twice that of comparable scissor lifts. Overall loading speed for a 13.6-metre artic is c. 15 minutes faster than a surface-mounted scissor lift. The unit’s 4000kg raise-lower lift capacity is 60% higher than the upstroke on a ‘5000kg’ scissor lift.
In terms of added safety features and benefits, the 4-Pallet V2G’s pre-clad superstructure not only protects goods and operators from environmental factors; it also prevents side-access to the lift workings. An interlocked light-beam sensor creates a rear exclusion zone to the lift during operation.
Other standard safety features on the lift include: electrically- and mechanically-interlocked twin safety gate, at front and rear; safety barriers along the sides of the bridge plate during loading; easy-access platform lock-out points for safe maintenance; a safety edge beneath the platform’s exposed perimeter; an under-platform debris blind tension screen; two-hand positive-pressure platform controls; and HMI touch-screen main controls with rapid-diagnostic capability.
