We offer a 5-year warranty as standard on many of our loading bay products. Our PDA-linked after sales care gives you exceptionally fast response times, fix rates and access to spares. And we can also provide a remote troubleshooting capability to further help reduce downtime and costs.

Our nationwide network of service agents offers rapid-response emergency technical assistance 24/7 365 days of the year. Standard service levels provide 4 hour response times – we typically average closer to 2 hours


We offer a 5-year warranty as standard on many of our loading bay products – dependent on regular preventative maintenance programmes. All warranty works are carried out by Transdek’s service engineers and managed via our PDA-linked central product database


PPM is recommended to help ensure continuous productivity in the loading bay and to prolong equipment lifetime. Our customised PPM packages can either provide regular servicing every 3-6 months, or to support your in-house maintenance programmes


Our investment in the latest PDA technology means we can offer you better after sales care than ever, including: faster response times, live-status access to each job via our customer portal, more closely-tailored servicing, improved spares tracking and first fix rates, and live ETA’s


We maintain high-level stocks of spares both in factory and with our service engineers, enabling a rapid response to your servicing requirements. Tailored critical spares and training packages are available for in-house maintenance


Modern modem technology in our loading bay controls gives service engineers an optional mobile login capability. This enables real-time remote trouble shooting, as a faster and more cost-effective alternative to traditional call-outs


Our modular loading bay products are all designed for the fast and efficient replacement of parts. Universally available, industry-standard parts are used for all electrical and hydraulic components to give you flexibility in sourcing your spares


We offer a complete product refurbishment service to extend product lifetime and cost-effectiveness. Minor refurbishments can typically be carried out onsite. Where equipment is removed, we can supply short-term, interim loading solutions


All our modular loading bay equipment can be easily and cost-effectively relocated. This saves on dilapidation costs, extends product lifetime (avoids write-off and re-purchasing), and gives you the flexibility to quickly and cost-effectively adapt your logistics in future
