PLANNED PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE (PPM)

Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) is essential to keeping your lift operating safely, efficiently and reliably throughout its working life. As the original equipment manufacturer, Transdek is uniquely placed to carry out PPM using in-depth product knowledge and approved service procedures.

We recommend that every Transdek lift enters a PPM programme 12 months after installation, with servicing carried out every 6 or 12 months, depending on lift type, usage and operating environment.

Regular PPM helps to:

  • Identify wear and potential issues before they lead to breakdowns

  • Maintain safety, reliability and regulatory compliance

  • Extend the lifespan of your lift and protect your investment

  • Ensure consistent performance in demanding operational environments

All servicing is carried out by trained Transdek engineers using genuine parts and site-specific knowledge, giving you confidence that your lift is maintained exactly as intended.

SITE-SPECIFIC SPARES BOXES

To help minimise downtime, Transdek offers site-specific spares boxes tailored to each individual lift. These boxes are stocked with essential and long-lead components — including rams, ropes, pulleys, and key mechanical, hydraulic and safety parts — all stored on site and ready when needed.

By having the right parts available from day one, repairs can be completed more efficiently, reducing disruption and helping keep operations moving.
