We understand the cost and frustration to your business, when things go wrong. And we’re fully committed to ensuring optimal productivity and minimal downtime on all of our products.

We pride ourselves on the excellent service history of our products and have invested heavily in the development of optimal after sales systems to ensure your ongoing satisfaction. But we don’t rest on our laurels. We’re always striving to improve the quality of our products and after sales support. Your feedback is important to us, so that we can work to continually improve the performance of both our products and services.

Technical Assistance

Technical Assistance

Because we understand the criticality of product flows to your business, on the rare occasions that equipment does break down, we focus all of our efforts on providing rapid and decisive response. Our network of service agents offers emergency technical assistance 24/7 365 days of the year. Standard service levels provide 4 hour response times – we aim to average response times closer to 2 hours.

Our products are all designed on a modular basis with unified parts. This allows fast and efficient replacement of parts, whenever required, throughout the lifetime of your machinery. Universally available, industry-standard parts are used for all electrical and hydraulic components on our products to ensure a high degree of flexibility in sourcing your spares.

Warranties

Warranties

We provide a standard 12-month warranty on all of our loading bay products but, based on the stress-engineered designs and rigorous testing processes of our equipment, we are able to offer enhanced warranty provisions of up to 4 years on certain products. These extended warranties are available as part of some of our SLA packages and are dependent on following regular preventative maintenance programmes. To ensure that Transdek’s warranty work is carried out quickly and efficiently, all warranty projects are carried out by Transdek trained service technicians and engineers and managed via our internet linked central product database.

Planned Preventative Maintenance

Planned Preventative Maintenance

PPM is recommended to help ensure continuous productivity in the loading bay and to prolong equipment lifetime. PPM packages can be designed to provide regular, 3 – 6 month servicing by Transdek trained, highly skilled service technicians, or simply to support customers’ own, in house maintenance programmes with telephone and online technical support.

Spares

Spares

We maintain high-level stocks of spares both in factory and with our service engineers, enabling a rapid response to your servicing requirements. Tailored spares packages are available for in-house maintenance.

Refurbishment

Refurbishment

We offer a complete product refurbishment service to extend the lifetime and enhance the cost effectiveness of your loading bay equipment. Products can either be uplifted and transported to our factory for a complete overhaul or fully refurbished on site (dependent on product types).

Relocations

Relocations

Our modular, surface mounted loading bay equipment can be quickly and cost effectively uplifted and moved to a new site or loading bay to accommodate downstream logistics restructuring. This saves both the cost of purchasing new loading equipment and of additional landlord charges – and also provides our customers with a high level of operational flexibility.

Trailers

We work closely with leading UK service providers to ensure you have access to a range of flexible after sales options, including fleet management and contract hire maintenance packages, to support the ongoing reliability and success of your fleet. Our customers are able to choose their preferred after sales service providers.

Packages can be tailored to suit your specific requirements and include: design specification; asset funding; vehicle and trailer maintenance; O Licence and legal compliance; and asset disposal.

Our range of double deck trailers is designed and built to provide robust and durable operation, with low maintenance and minimal downtime. Based on intelligent, fixed deck designs, our trailers have as few moving parts as possible. And the remote ram box configurations on our taillifts are also specifically aimed at avoiding impact damage and downtime, and simplifying maintenance.
